May 12, 2008: Baby & Me with Ali Kamen at Zenergy Yoga 1pm - 2pm Bring baby along as you connect with other new moms and help your body recover from birth and the strains of carrying and nursing a newborn. An active and gentle yoga class designed to strengthen the bond between caregiver and child. This class will also give the caregiver time to practice yoga poses that involve and entertain the baby. Come for the exercise, the fun and the supportive community. Babies from birth to crawling are welcomed with smiles. No prior yoga experience necessary. First class is free.

May 12, 2008: Prana Power Kids Yoga at Zenergy Yoga 5- 11 years old. Mondays 4:15 - 5:15 The power of prana (the breath) come to play in this class. Cooperative games, including partner poses, themed activities, music, and art engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of this age group. Prana Power Kids offers students the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence in a positive, non-competitive environment. Note: Parents can participate in a Basic yoga class at the same time! First class is free.

May 14, 2008: Kid's Play at the Anthem Outlets Outlets at Anthem invites you to bring your little ones and join us for a FREE INTERACTIVE KIDS PROGRAM each Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Activities are geared for younger aged children and require parent participation. Every week kids enjoy singing, dancing, and a special snack provided by Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Kids Play is located in Suite 345 for both kids and parents to enjoy.

May 18, 2008: Maricopa Live Steamers FREE Train Rides Free rides on four different 30-minute routes are offered every Sunday between noon and 5 p.m. Although the rides are free, your generous donations help keep our railroad running. The Adobe Western Railroad is located on 43rd Avenue across the street from WaterWorld just south of Pinnacle Peak Road in north Phoenix. It is about 2 miles west of I-17 and a mile north of Loop 101.
